Manhattan WMS implementation roles future aspects

Hi guys

I have recently joined One of the big FMCG company in SCM domain. Here the work is just follow ups and do a little bit of deep dive on stuck payments from the customers because of supply chain issues. But its a great brand to work with, its aspirations for all the IIM folks

I have gotten call from my previous employers which is also a leading 3PL for a possible role in Manhattan WMS implementation. Its highly interesting role which I am interested in. I know this kind of roles are well in demand.

I would be joining on 8LPA if I choose to persue it. I have hardcore ground operations experience of 3 years working for the largest ecom.

Wanted to know what are the future prospects for Manhattan implementation roles, What could be my path forward.
