I am an MBA graduate started working in BPO accounts payable and after ML shifted to BFSI domain manual testing.....now after working 5 years in testing I got release and now I am confused if someone asked about my skill set and not getting any iT projects due to skill set not matched and BPO projects are not taking me .......MBA was in Finance and HR. HR projects not taking me as I do not have any experience in HR domain.what should I do?
Upskill in automation testing or data analytics. Network within your company for shadowing opportunities. Get relevant certifications. Apply externally for fresh roles. Consider consulting or business analyst positions.
