What’s the next step for me?
I am currently having 17 years experience mostly as manual tester with short experience in automation. My current CTC is 16 LPA. Not getting any calls & stuck in the organisation. Not sure what to do with so many years of experience. I was stuck with Healthcare Projects where they don’t let people go out of Healthcare. No Upskill nothing working long hours. Please guide me.
