I dont think theres a lot worth mentioning. Its best that you avoid joining. People and processes, both are a mess here. Company is so huge and yet they cant have simple async mediums like Slack/Teams. They operate on WhatsApp and emails. No visibility inside and across BUs, and work runs on just whatever the founder suggests we do. Besides that, culture is absent. The HR/Talent team do a bare minimum. People are just a big mess and most of the folks in the system are as old as the company- so they’re rigid, so is their talent. The new talent is struggling to make a difference, but the older folks are just lazy and don’t work beyond a certain comfort point. Whoever you speak to, is just plain rude. No benefits given, their product/engineering is plain sad. No events being tracked properly, random campaigns happening. I mean for a company that has its brand ambassador as Amitabh Bachchan, can you imagine how little impact they have, not even a well-known brand. So you can assume how little people care.
