How was the ex- CXO - Utkrishta handling the team or being a manager..

He has launched a new fintech startup and has openings in it. So looking to understand about him, as he has a good reputation and name in startup ecosystem.

Ya, I had intro chat with him, it’s just 2 months old startup and it’s into Credit / CIBIL score related fintech startup. Kind off something new.

He has a good reputation and name in startup ecosystem, where investors can invest on him blindly..as I check with few others outside ( even you mentioned purely business guy, so it resonates) but unsure about his behaviour like handling team, culture etc.

He’s an amazing leader and mentor, go for it. Had worked with him closely. Hard to find great business leaders who also believe in good culture usually.

I am done with Meesho. The work is great but the reward structure has become shit. The leadership has become hypocrite over the years and if this goes on then soon most of the talent would leave this super high density talent company.
