I interviewed with them for a associate growth manager role - first round was basically about your current job and a problem statement was given about meesho. My question was how would I scale a BNPL product on Meesho, with the north star metric being users who complete first order through BNPL.
I was under prepared, so I fucked it up.
But honestly I find the app and the company a bit shady. Too good to be true kind of Financials, while the app experience is shitty for a user. Maybe someone from meesho can comment on the work environment
