Monotony in job !!

Hey Viners, how do we tackle Monotony in an Ops role where we have to do the same thing again and again and there is no real work and growth . I feel kinda numb by it and creativity takes a hit . How do we tackle the depression arising from a very boring and montonous work ?

Please advise, Job market down so finding other job openings became very hard !!

How do we escape from this Mind Numbing Ops work and transition to something better like Engineering, Analytics etc.
