Moonlighting advice

I want to start moonlighting. In my current role I am a lead full stack dev managing 4 people and coding.

In the role I am exploring there too the same thing.

I am also in a degree course in ml which is demanding.

I want any advice which you have.

How to manage time/people better. How should I approach this whole thing.

What should I looo out for?

Honestly it’s very important to be ‘visible’ when you are moonlighting. Make sure your whole team knows you care about work and come to work each day.

One way to do this is being ultra active on chat groups your team is on. Another way is to ask very good questions or send very thoughtful emails.

Over-communicating is great for moonlighters

Thank you. Will apply this. Is there any trick for the resignation letter they ask?
