Best way get hired in Europe?
I am looking for getting hired in Europe, currently working in India as Engineering manager.
What are best ways to get hired? Job portals, referral or any other way?
Does anyone have idea how can i apply to companies in europe. What all job portals are there. Can you get into FAANG level companies in europe from india directly?
I moved other way around. But it's easier to move to most countries, but IMO, it's not worth it. It's very difficult to save much even with 100k+ Euro salary as even a tiny studio cost 1400-2000 Euros in big cities.
WLB and job securities are also exaggerated. It's true to certain extent in traditional companies in Automotive, Mechanical industry, etc but not common in Software as companies can fire people , especially during 6 months probation. Only good thing is you can travel to many breathtaking places via top-notch public transport and high-speed railways.
As for companies, look for Booking in Netherlands, DeliveryHero, Zalondo, HelloFresh in Berlin, Amazon everywhere. Google, too, hiring a ton in places like Poland.
Do you have idea about Luxembourg jobs? I have seen low tax there so is it possible to save there?
Europe is not the place to be for saving money. You can save far higher in India, for instance. The only exception is Switzerland, but it's wayy harder to move there as even Europeans try to relocate
