I joined Mphasis as a fresher and I keep regretting my decision. The company's fresher policy is a major letdown. Here are some of the issues:

Unfair Compensation: The salary package doesn't justify the demanding workload and limited career prospects. I strongly advise anyone considering a job at Mphasis to reconsider.
