Need Advice for DevOps market

Hi there,

I want to switch from Accenture, currently working as a DevOps Engineer..I gave over 10+ interviews in the last one year(all PBC including Google, 1 SBC), rejected in all for various reasons...

I want to know if it's wise to resign without offer at this time? I am confident that I can crack atleast one company if not many...Everyone saying DevOps market is saying saturated.. Is it true?

Please share your experience if you have recently got any offer.

Hey, its not a big deal of getting rejected. But please don't resign without an offer. If things didn't worked as expected, in the end you will only suffer.

No one is ready to wait 2 months as well..specially PBCs...And I have 3 months notice..

I'm also working in Accenture..my suggestion is if you are confident in your skills u don't have any issues to get job wait for Feburary last you can put your resignation and search outside jobs and u have option to revoke resignation in the last week too..so take a risk and trust u r skills if nothing happened u can revoke resignation.but wait for atleast February

Rejection depends on a lot of other factors not just your skills, your availability, ECTC, comparison to other candidates, etc. so don't dishearten.

You should not resign without any offer, get atleast one offer in hand. You may get offers but it's not worth resigning without any offer in current market.
