I joined a company as a fresher. Worked there for 2 years but got laid off. Joined another mid MNC and had offer from startup. Startup recruiter tried real hard and gave me offer of whatever I said and I joined the startup. But there situation was way worse. I started getting panic attacks there. So i called my ex manager at mid MNC and explained him that I want to get back and he said sure. And he hired me back. Now I am looking out given the market is open and multiple offers are in pipeline with good hike. I am hiding the quick transition from mid mnc to startup and startup to mid mnc. And i know in background verification my future employer will get to know about this. What should I do now?
