I am currently working as QA at Keysight technologies which is a Electronics company, mainly focusing on automation with basic python.But I want to switch as backend developer, should I gain expierience of year as QA or join startup immediately at any pay?
You should try to switch your role in the current organisation itself if possible.
Once you have some experience in that role then you can switch.
Yes, but there are barely any opening for that in same company and there are many startup around me who are hiring, but paying half of what I am paid at Keysight.
If that's the case then you can switch later to the development role.
Many people have switched from Testing to Development after even 6 years of their career in testing.
And from your post it seems you have not even crossed 2 YOE.
So keep trying and looking for the right opportunity.
