Need help for job switch :)

I'm looking for someone who can review my resume and help me in grooming it. I'm currently working in a service based company, have work ex of spring boot and an IOT Platform. I'm looking for a role at a PBC because I'm neither getting paid good nor learning anything and as they say you should atleast get one of those. I have applied at a few places and asked for some referrals but no conversion (not even assessment) at all. If someone can help me identify what I'm doing wrong, what can be improved and a resume review it'll be of great help. I need to talk so I would prefer in person, phone/video call. I know it's a lot to ask but this is what I need. I can buy you a coffee if you are in Pune. :)
