Need opinion.

I have resigned from my current company which is fully remote. They have put me on the bench while I serve notice period and I have nothing to do till my Last Working Day in September.

I have an offer from a company which is again fully remote. Should I join this new company from August while serving the notice period with the current company?

Would there be any short term or long term complications? Tax, PF?

Hi, Congratulations for your new job!

I have a few friends who had overlapped the last month as by the end of the month when your new salary comes you are no longer with the older companies. So no complexity in general. Upto you!

Btw would love to have a list of companies which are fully remote in India. Thanks

No. I'd have an overlap of more than a month and some are saying that I can get caught through UAN number and multiple tax deductions in the same month.

Also, Publicis Sapient, Paytm, Tide and AngelOne are fully remote

Yeah everyone has an overlap of more than a month. But you can make the overlap smaller right. By starting late in the new company
