Need Suggestions/Advise

I have 1.7 years of experience. In the 1st company I worked for 13 months and then I switched. My 2nd company is the best company till now I have ever worked but unfortunately got laid off within 6 months. Now I have recently joined a new organisation and it's been a month now but due to the toxic work culture and bad team I don't want to stay here. The problem is that it's been only 1.7 years and now I am looking for the 4th organisation to switch. Is that fine? And especially will it be easy for me to justify the new organisation for the frequent switch.

If you are on probation, try applying for new companies. Dont mentioned that you worked in the last company and just mention the 2.

But I have to serve the notice period here and what if the new org asked for an immediate joining?

During probation you don't have to serve the notice period. Do check your joining letter for more details on it.

No company is a dream company. The sooner you realise the better. Give current company some more time. You will feel better.

My team only has 3 members. To whom should I give time? It's all about team dude and that makes the work culture toxic or bad.
