Need to understand the cooling period or if someone can refer me in Infosys

So I was applying for a position of Salesforce at Infosys and withdraw the application for another position But now when I'm applying it's not letting me apply for any prompting "application in system"

Is there any way that can be passed or if some HR is here who can refer me to get in if possible.

I'm actively looking for a switch as 3 yr experience I have.
