New investment opportunities ?

Apart from equities and MFs, what according to you guys can be a good investment opportunity, if you’re ready to put in some money and can get loan if needed to start it. Real estate in blr seems super saturated. Are there good places where you can still buy plot in decent prices? Or start any new business (not a scaled startup) ?

Yes...look for tier 4 or 5 places.

1999 my father bought a land at 1 lac.

2009 sold at 20 lacs.

2024 it's worth 4cr. ( I feel sad whenever I see that land) I only have money to build something not to buy something like that...it's a square land of 20k sqft

So, u need to find deals like those in 2024.

I am planning to buy 12k sqft land at 40 lacs and betting it to be 4cr after 10y.
