No hike or promotion from past 1 year.

Hi all, I dont know how this works but thought of sharing my feeling... I started my corporate journey with Accenture.. completed 6 months of training where they said ur course is something will give crores.. though i was warned about my domain by a very close friend but i didn't listen, cut to now with no hike, no promotion only the promotion which i got is default and stress. I have 3 years of experience with 5.52lpa never got appreciation for the work i did only the mistakes are highlighted.

What should i do quit or suffer?
