I have in tech for about 5+ years and feel no urge to work. Every morning I feel like quitting and just relaxing for 6 months - 1 year focus on health and self. But then without salary how will I manage in long run. I want to know if this is me or others feels so as well and wanted to ask people who have 10+ years of experience how do you guys manage to work in corporate for this long
This is a sign of burn out. Use your leaves and get out of the city you work in. Go for a short vacation
I strongly agree with this. One small vacation where you completely switch off makes a lot of difference. I was in the same position a couple of months ago.
A healthy lifestyle goes a long way. About time you optimize for that along with work.
Cut down on drinking and smoking. Eat healthy and exercise.
Start trying to balance your life out. Do you exercise every day?
