Non tech to Data analyst

Well I was heavily injured after my grad and now after my recovery I want to get into a role of data analyst in Bangalore but I have few questions

Do companies easily accept from non tech background like bcom

If yes do I need to join some institution or online courses are enough to showcase as certification

Which online course is best and reliable for data analyst

Just need a honest guidance I am kinda puzzled right now
