Just getting fed up now, I have been applying to different companies for more than a month now via referrals but even after it I am not getting any replies. I also asked people whether the resume is good or not, they said there is no problem with that...then I am not able to understand what needs to be done in order to get interview calls?

I'm trying to switch job form past 6 months and I hardly got 2 interview calls and both of them are via refferal from my ex colleagues. Got rejected by atleast 60-70 times.
