When you resign from your job, and have like for example 15 paid leaves that you haven't utilized, is the company obligated to encash those leave or use those leaves to release an employee early?

On the verge of resigning, so need clarity here. Thanks

Generally Enchased in fnf. It also depends on your manager if he/she wants to leave you early.

Either option is ok. Depends on what you have to handover / transfer and how long it takes.

Leave encashment

I work in EY GDS. My last working day in October. I have 28 Annual leaves. I know that personal and special leaves can't be encashed. Can I encash all the 28 Annual leaves? Or is it only 15leaves?
