When you resign from your job, and have like for example 15 paid leaves that you haven't utilized, is the company obligated to encash those leave or use those leaves to release an employee early?
On the verge of resigning, so need clarity here. Thanks
Generally Enchased in fnf. It also depends on your manager if he/she wants to leave you early.

Either option is ok. Depends on what you have to handover / transfer and how long it takes.
