Leave encashment

I work in EY GDS. My last working day in October. I have 28 Annual leaves. I know that personal and special leaves can't be encashed. Can I encash all the 28 Annual leaves? Or is it only 15leaves?

I think so. I have read that anual leaves will be adjusted with the days you have not served the notice period

In my company we have 1 leave per month. Basically after working all January a leave will be credited in February just like our salary and we get 12 leaves per month only (PTOs). What is your leave structure.
