I got offer from kotak but wanted to understand is it of any worth? Since i heard lot of negative things about kotak and culture. No benefits and toxic work culture.
It's at a really bad place.lots of chaos in tech with no clear leadership and plan on delivery.
I being from business side, am continously frustrated as tech projects gets forever to deliver. Even techies working on my projects feel the same way.
I would recommend find a more tech native company.

Not worth it! CXO’s lack spine. Let me tell you, you won’t be able to have a dialogue with any of the CXOs. It will always be a one way conversation where CXO will assume a higher pedestal, with passive intimidation. One of my friends was higher on remote role with certain conditions, for which he ditched other high paying offers, and now there’s a constant passive intimidation - that remote setup is going to affect his growth. He is being asked to move to Mumbai which is expensive. The HR rolled out a revised offer initially with paycut since he insisted on remote. Now they still want him in office. Robbed him left and right. Ruined his ratings, robbed his bonus, initial offer was revised with paycut. Bunch of losers operating at the top. Well, at top its all baby boomers, so it is what it is.

Hopless work culture. Worst management and if you have decided to join then be cautious about their pay structure. Bonus is something a hype.
