Bc itna sab kuch aata including coding, then why would I work for anyone else. I'd rather just work on personal projects.

People exploit it, irrespective of nationalities. This kind of setup only works if the company is extremely selective and has a well thought out hiring process

Hourly payments incentivise late completion. That paired with very few meetings, fully remote work - for this to work out well for both parties, the new joiner must have a good work ethic
