Onsite or Move to different organisation

Am with Infosys for more than 3 years without single hike. Now I got an offer in tata with 50% hike and Infosys and client agreed to send me onsite now. Confused which to choose, should I revoke papers and go to Germany or go to tcs and work from office. 5 days a week with hike.

How many days onsite? Did they share it in writing? Will they treat you right post you revoke the resignation? Will the work pressure increase post onsite switch? What will be the effective hike lost taxes in TCS? Will the wlb be good in TCS? How interesting will be the work? Job security? Future growth at TCS vs Infosys?

Check all these and decide. Don't take random people advice from grapevine or any other app for that matter
