How is the work culture at Paypal, wanted to know more about the work for Software Engineer role.

Paypal as a company
Paypal has a really good work culture and work life balance. I'm currently working on state of the art products, so even the work is very good. Leadership has some problems but overall I think it's good. But the only problem I see is less pay compared to the market average, which is kinda frustrating.
