How is the work culture of tech at payu credit have read some not so good things on Glassdoor wanted to know the reality.
Pros: Good lunch at the grugram office. Shuttle service at the grugram office. Hybrid 3 days office.
I heard in Bangalore and Mumbai office this is not the same, free lunch you will get but thats not good as the gurgaon office.
Also the shuttle service is in gurgaon only.
Cons: Tech stack is old Favouritesm for bonus and hike. You don't get hike on time and you may not get the complete bonus, mostly less then 70% Last year I got only 65% of my bonus. This year I got 70%. Incriments are also low, last two year I'm getting 4%, however I see people also get 6-8%. And finally job safety, in my team last year 4 people were layoffed (one girl has just joined after her maternal leaves) This year again two people were layoffed from my team.
