The fact the companies continue to have office there is a proof that the leadership of companies don't care about employees. How difficult it is for WITCH companies to move to other states, need not come to south. But they can certainly move to places like Gwalior, Indore, nagpur, etc.. But they wont. Indian corporate leadership is dumb as fuck. They are just greedy. Elitist to the core. Expectations for a better quality of life should be inherent for every individual.

You have no idea how hard it is to find good talent in tier 2 cities

Companies are in tier 1 because that is where the talent is

It won't kill you. Tough if someone has an existing breathing disorder otherwise you will live as I am since 2018

There is a recent study about air pollution. The effect curve is not convex as everyone assumes by default. 1. So, most people will survive, and marginal rate of people adversely affected goes down. Normal rates of pollution in Delhi is quite high, and if people take corrective measures to avoid overexposure, they will be alive and well by default.

So long term most people are actually okay? Nothing will happen?

Do share if there’s any material on this. I’m worried about all our health long term

Meh, it's a temporary phase every year during the winter when there's fog & smog and AQI goes up drastically. After a few weeks things will go back to being normal.

I've been living in Delhi just fine for over 15 years, and I don't care about it much 🤷‍♂️😄

Great to see Delhi NCR people fighting the forced narratives of North vs South

People have this weird notion that Delhi/Gurgaon isn't safe and that the folks here are as warm as an ice cube in Antarctica. Can you believe that? This narrative has been doing the rounds for so long that it's starting to affect the mig...
