People who are not software engineers or founders, how do you make more than 2 lakhs/month?
You will make it if you believe that you can do it. It’s not really a big deal as well because your standard of living doesn’t change much when you jump from 1 lakh to 2. My advice would be to not stay at one company for more than 2 years. Make switches and negotiate 30% or above change. And always make a choice for joining your company based on who is paying more. There is nothing like work life balance anywhere, you will find good and bad people everywhere and growth comes when you’re really uncomfortable in a situation. Don’t go for comfortable jobs.
My salary is only 2 lakh per annum 🥹 and here I am seeing 2 lakh per month.
