What kind of a company gives 30% as performance bonus with good profits and providing good performance from my end

Hi. I got a performance bonus of 30 K only whereas the company had promised to give 1 Lac . I have also received a poor increment of only 6%. Why is it so in such a big company?
Hi .. so I wanted to know like when you actually get bonus from the company? Is it during the Diwali period or the financial year end.
Also if you get bonus, does it based on your ratings and how often does company cheat and pay nothing...
Most of the employees got 3-5% increment, anyone got a news of higher increment?
Recently Walmart gave promotions to their SDE-2s and afaik they matched the base for all of them to the same number regardless of the performance. But added(or not) 30k in the CTC on the basis of performance.
What do you folks think sho...
