Personal Health Insurance

Hey. I'm sorry if this question is a repeat, but I am currently on the lookout for medical insurance outside corporate insurance for my family (me, wife and newborn son). We are both working and are covered in corporate health insurance separately. But I have heard that a separate health insurance is better. What do you guys think? If you think it would be better to have a separate health insurance, which one would you guys suggest? Please and Thanks!

You should book a call on Ditto. You’ll get a good idea of what you need.

A separate health insurance Is paramount. Corp Insurance has a cover of 3 lakh minimum and the max I have ever seen is 5 lakh with addons. Other than a broken bone or a small day care surgery like appendicitis - absolutely no other use.

Insurance is a rainy day cheque. Have a large umbrella so that you can protect yourself and your loved ones. A simple heart attack can put a huge dent.

Personal insurance is a must have. Suggestion depends on your budget, family history, existing diseases etc. I work for HDFC and Niva two both top insurance companies. You may mail me. Check profile.
