Please help! I need advice.

I made a series of bad decisions, and for the last one year, I've been working as a data analyst, on third party payroll, and with 4 LPA package. I have 4 years of experience with gaps. The work is super hectic, and I am mostly working 9 to 11 just because the team is cheap to hire an extra resource and I am doing the work for multiple teams. I have to add that I have anxiety, and I have a difficult time saying no or asking questions.

I was managing my life with this pay, but recently, I'm finding it a bit tough. I've been applying for different jobs, and i can't even seem to get an interview. I know unlike SDEs, analysts doesn't get paid on the same scale, but 4LPA seem to be a bit low. I don't know what else to add here, so please ask if any specific details are needed.

I need to get my life sorted.

Get off 3rd party pay roll ASAP. Understand this, they are definitely charging the company you work for much higher than what you're earning right now.

Just Switch to any other tech role.

I'm a bit scared to start from scratch, that's what holding me back. But I'm willing to try anything now. Please give me some suggestions..

Get into an early stage company. Create some proof of work and show how you can add value.

Use this approach rather than spray and pray approach to applying.

Keep applying... If comfortable try a different job role ?

I did a course on DS and AI and all, did an internship also. But that doesn't help much without solid experience in a similar role. All the projects I did was of no help. That's the issue. Do you have any suggestions?

Apply for early stage start ups .. be flexible with the role .. maybe start with the same pay as it is now .. in the long run it doesn't matter.
