Please suggest 😭

I have recently Joined a new organization (I'll not take the name) but they've failed me in BGV stating the joining date in the offer letter and the relieving letter are different and said they might terminate me. I've given all the proofs where the previous company HR clearly mentioned in an email that joining date is postponed and they'll release a new offer letter in the portal, but my mistake was I didn't download the revised offer letter. Now I have attached all the proofs including the joining and ending date in epfo portal as a proof. Please suggest what to do? I reached out to the prev company as well as it's been 5 years already. They're verifying from the first company. I've heard one of my teammate put all the fake documents and they found out after one year, he was suspended for a week and later they checked with the client and took him again. How's this fair? I have all the documents. I've attached all the proofs still they're going to terminate me? Please suggest. As I don't have any other offer as well in the hand. My manager isn't supporting me and to justify as well, my hr or bgv team, no one reached out to me. I kept being ignored, when I reach out to the hr, they say reach out to your manager. 🥲🥲
