I am being offered a PM position at Zeta (Fintech). While I have fruitful interactions with all panel members, I wanted to get your views if I should accept the offer or not. Snapshot of profile-
Work ex - 6.5 years post MBA from tier 2 Domain: Banking/ Fintech Current role: Senior PM Current comp: 28.5 L Fixed + Bonuses (20% of fixed)
Any insights on company’s culture, WLB, growth potential etc. What should be the fixed Pay that I should ask ?

Umm tbh, you should look at 35-40 ballpark as the fixed pay, no? given you've had quite a bit of experience already post MBA
But great that you managed a switch from Banking to Zeta. That's great!
What’s your take on Zeta ? Are they doing good based on what you might have heard?
What was the process?
Very structured & planned interview process. 5 rounds all of 1 hour. Mix of scenario based & product sense questions to eventually explaining how to design APIs for a hypothetical product discussed during interview.
Some rounds focused on domain knowledge.
