How's Zeta work culture and WLB?
A friend of mine has recently landed a PM role at Zeta. How is the culture and WLB?
Also, if anyone knows the notice period? I read online but found nothing. Any insights would be helpful

I'm currently awaiting result of my interviews at Zeta for Prog Mgr role.
- Anyone aware of the benchmarks or what would be a good hike in the current mkt. environment?
- How's wlb and culture at Zeta?
My current base is 25LpA + Esops with 4 yr relevant work experience. Another fact: I'm in a remote setup company, so working from a Tier 2 city And Zeta will be a 5 day office. Any other red flags/advise is welcomed

Culture etc is okay, I find the CEO to be toxic, the WLB is okay as per my friend who's an SDE. It's a good brand to join imo
