Was working in an EdTech company HQed in Indiranagar, a TL harrassed his Team Member and when she filed a POSH complaint w the HR, they fired her instead, saying it was a performance issue.

Have encountered multiple people who have been accused of sexual harassment. Unfortunately nothing much happens to them, they are fired but they find another job pretty soon. One client of mine had hired a guy with a record of Sexual Harassment and he repeated the same thing in this organisation and got fired but was hired by another company pretty quickly and this was at CMO level.
