
POSH instances in MNCs
How many of you/someone you know have faced POSH instances in your company and what was the ultimate result of it?
We have been taught so much about POSH guidelines from our HR or our colleagues. Every time we are reminded about the existence of POSH and how we should not even respond to a girl. So here I'm asking you guys- Is this overhyped or POSH has some real value. Please give any incident you witnessed during your career in Corporates
I know one incident where a jerk manager was thrown out finally . He used to bully all male members and would keep checking out female colleagues of him . Finally a girl took the courage and reported him . There was sufficient evidence against him . He was gone the same day
No sympathy with him!
