Any feedback on Work culture, job security at Nutanix for Principal product manager role at Nutanix?

What is the normal package offered there for the principal product manager role with 15 YOE?

Want to understand this from a work quality, , work culture, WLB & organisation benefits perspective.

I am in Nutanix as of now at MTS-2 Ctc - 22 lpa + 4lpa rsu I am due a raise in August, not sure how that will go. And have an interview with zepto for SE-2 Web
