What stage is the startup in? What is your current TC and fixed?

Should not go for a title with 5 YOE, better take SPM/LPM. Ask for 30-40 fixed and 10 ESOPs. They won't give lot of ESOPs in year 1 but you can get ESOPs worth equal to your base in the appraisal.
