Question ❓

So it's been some weeks since I started going to gym now , today i went to a fitness shop to buy creatine, the shop owner said something that caught my attention, he said that if you don't take creatine without protein it can cause problems for you in liver and all? Is there any truth to it , i felt like he was lying to me so that I also buy protein to.

Seeking truth from fellow gym bros and gals, Also do recommend which is the best creatine brand.

Stop going to offline store
Buy online instead .. nakpro has well priced creatine monohydrate
He was just trying to oversell you
I prefer online cause less chance of adulteration
