Hi guys, I'm having two different company offers and they come with a timeline of acceptance. Is it ethical to accept both offers and join one. It's a tough spot as my existing notice is 90 days and don't want any surprises later. Please advice
In someway be prepared for any of the offer getting withdrawal, companies are also uncertain they can definitely change their mind.
once faced this 5 days before joining the hr called and said we're withdrawing the offer given to you, cause financial issues.
Notice period 90 days, most likely you will try to source other offers after accepting one and putting your papers. So why not accept both and then shop for more offers ?
If you have to ask, it's definitely unethical. Otherwise the moral dilemma would have sorted itself in your head.
