Nahargarh is a must in Jaipur, go during sunset if you can, the city view you'll get from there is worth it
Light and sound show at Amber fort is pretty average. Don’t keep any high expectations from it
TBH, I haven't kept any expectations for any of the places. Any place I go I do the same, I don't watch YouTube videos nor go through the pictures. It will unnecessarily spoil the fun and create unrealistic expectations. It happened with me on Meghalaya trip. I saw pictures of Dawki river(Transparent river) and was having SO MUCH expectations 😭 and in reality, by the time we reached there it was 7PM 🤦🤣. Forget transparency we did not even have the opaque option 😔
If you like history do go for the amber fort light and sound show it was an highlight from jaipur. I would say skip dargah as it's really really crowded and they have made it a commercial place, they will gatekeepe if you don't pay at the door. Sehelion ki bari you can skip in udaipur as it's just a garden with a fountain. City palace will take more than 2hr to explore do take the rajasthani thali at City palace as it's only 150 and you will see if you like the taste of dal bati churma or not. Nagori ki haveli is a cultural show and its highly recommended (you will have to book proper as tickets gets sold out), go early as it's first come first serve. You can also go for lokh dharohar as it's the same people but in a auditorium with proper seats. Jodhpur doesn't look blue anymore so I would say go for any rooftop place at night to enjoy the Mehrangarh fort.
You can explore chittorgarh as it's the largest fort in India and kumbalgarh fort as it's the longest wall after great wall of china. Do shop in jodhpur in national handloom (bit pricey than the local shop after bargaining but good quality stuff).
Ps. I went rajasthan last week
