I have applied to a lot of companies directly and through referrals. I have a top tier college and a FANG in my resume. I am currently working in a decent sized startup. I am not getting any callbacks from recruiters. Is it happening only with me?
Not many companies who can budget u. What’s ur current comp. ? Also why leave PhonePe if u dnt mind sharing
Market is bad and most companies are hiring only for critical roles.
Add to that huge influx of good engineers who were laid-off from fang/unicorns.
So currently competition is at ATH and this is expected.
