Reimbursement Bills part of Salary

How do you manage your reimbursable bills? Is there an app?

Or do you just take photos of petrol bills, clothes bills etc?

It’s a pain in the ass to keep these bills and then upload, but if you do it correctly, I’ve seen people save a lot. Is it worth the hassle?

Do you keep physical bills with you or do you take photos and send it to a WhatsApp group?

Generally my bills are virtual that is pdfs. Some where physical bills exist, I take up the photo and keep it safe in a folder meant for it's purpose

The reason why I am not using expense tracker app cause of duplication transactions.
