Should I move to Pune with less package hoping to get better opportunity next year?

Would it be a good idea to accept a job opportunity to shift to Pune given I would be the only Indian in a team that works across US and UK? DSM and meetings would be mostly at night and I would be stretched across 3 different time zones...
I have an offer from Bangalore based IT as below
Base 49.5 Variable: 15% Total CTC 57 LPA
Currently working in Pune, I have my own house. Married and an infant of 6 Months.
Currently making 34 LPA.
YOE: 11+

Does moving to pune for job is good option,being a fresher (4th yr going on) in current scenarios for sde role. And does there any possibility of walk in drives in Pune?
