returning to India

Hello Guys,

I have total 15 years of experience in IT and in that more than 6 years as SRE/Senior cloud engineer. I’m currently working in EU and planning to come back to India due to some personal reasons. Can I expect 35-40l salary in Hyderabad? Can someone tell which companies should I apply to get that salary?

Easily!! Search for a stable company. Depends on how soon can you return. One idea would be to reach out to HM or Recruiters on LinkedIn or create Naukri profile with serving notice period. Even if you get a little lesser. Move and then jump probably. All the best!

Yes, that is a fair Compensation ask. 35 is minimum you should settle at, 40-45 is what you should actually target (even more if smaller organisation / startup). Go for bigger product based companies, almost all companies must have a few vacancies in SRE open, just check for them online on LinkedIn and apply, or get referral through employees.
