Review for Oracle before joining
I saw lot of people in Oracle staying 10 years ,15 years some 20 years . Oracle doesn't have good work life balance nor the salary hike is significant. What do you think people are holding of for . Is it repo but what is repo good for . I feel they should make some changes around it. Many new joiner does not knowing it and joining the company.

Not sure from which team you are talking about we are made to work every day without extra pay on weekends and also they are cutting bonus w.r.t the work did not meet target as a point. You might have got better team .
Best Work life balance. Amazing manager. Hike might not be that great. Work isn't either. People stay here because of the culture
I’m part of GSC Fusion and oracle is my 3rd company. I say WLB is better here than outside. Team do not disturb on weekends or late hours until unless it’s really important. Learning cross functional skills and getting help from other team members are appreciated. Compensation is low here but that’s the cut you take for WLB.
I too have heard that Oracle has great wlb. This is the first time I reading our bad wlb in Oracle
