My team is hiring an international freelance designer. I need to share a budget for this designer. If you have hired or worked as a freelance UI/UX designers can you please recommend a salary range for a senior designer with 5-7 years of experience. How much budget should I keep

We did on contractual basis for a few designers. Mid level. We paid around 1.8 lacs inr without taxes. No benefits obv. Also for us mid lv was 5-6 yoe.
